Abstract:

This report from 2002 gives an overview on the success and costs of the Germany's Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG 2000). After describing the success and the costs of the EEG it examines the market introduction of several renewable energy technologies, that is, their cost of development.

EEG costs per kWh: 0.18 - 0.26 € Cents/kWh
