New Brunswick Community Wind Report and Comments by Paul GipeOctober 29, 2008 The province of New Brunswick has issued a report on its consultations about community wind. The REPORT, Oct. 16 2008 - Community Wind Energy Program by consultants from the Université de Moncton examines the size of the proposed program, what should constitute community wind, and how much community wind projects should be paid for their electricity.
